At Boss Elite Cheer & Dance, we’re proud to be home to over 75 athletes across 14 dynamic teams, offering opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities to grow, perform, and thrive.
Team Divisions
Our programme is structured to support athletes from their very first steps into cheer and dance, all the way to high-level competitive teams. Here's how it breaks down:
Novice Teams
Perfect for beginners, our Novice Teams focus on foundational cheer and dance skills in a fun, welcoming environment. These teams are still a part of our competitive programme, however they require less experience.
Prep Teams
Our Prep Teams bridge the gap between Novice and Elite. These teams build on core skills and routines with a greater focus on performance quality and competitive experience, ideal for athletes ready to take the next step.
Elite Teams
Our Elite Teams are for dedicated athletes who train at a higher level and compete regularly throughout the season. These teams perform more complex routines and represent Boss Elite at regional and national competitions, and beyond.
Development Team
New this season, our Level 3 Development Team offers selected athletes the opportunity to prepare for higher-level competition. With focused coaching and progressive skill-building, this team is working toward competing towards the end of this season.

Dance Technique & Tumble
In addition to our cheer and dance teams, we offer:

Dance Technique Classes – Build confidence, flexibility, and performance ability.

Tumble Sessions – Learn and perfect tumbling skills in a supportive environment.

Recreational Tumbling – Great for beginners or athletes looking to build skills outside of team commitments.
Competitions & Travel
Our teams have competed across the UK, earning recognition and building lasting memories. This season, we’re proud to announce that our Prep and Elite Dance Teams will be competing at Disneyland Paris! A dream come true for many of our athletes!
We’re also aiming to travel even further, bringing the Boss Elite spirit to new stages and audiences.
